I've used Bromelain for some time to help with joint and muscle pain that both I and my kids experience due to athletic endeavors. Bromelain aids in the breakdown and synthesis of protein. As such, it seems to help flush toxins from the system in addition to helping build lean muscle mass. I use this dosage twice per day with no side effects.
