As I read this book in Spanish, I could actually hear the voice and sense the enthusiasm and personality of Mr Food who used to have an always helpful and entertaining segment on a local Miami TV station. My wife says there are some errors in the Spanish, but I think it is wonderful that this practical, helpful personality is available in Spanish with great counsel and an amazing assortment of recipes produced with the diabetic in mind.

My mom is a diabetic and this book have exceptionally easy and fast to do recipes that can keep her healthy and on the go. I eager if you have diabetics in your family and wish to help them or be ready for them if they visit this is the book to have.
