I just want to say that this is not a book for ethiopian receipes but to give you an idea of the culture and the food, but the receipes are very very generic and I wish I never brought this book. If your looking for a good ethiopian cookbook I suggest Ethiopian Extoic cookbook also available through amazons. Please do not purchase this book :(
