I bought this book for my wife, she missed the copy that was provided with the RD Subscription. She loved it, though that stopped me from eating a lot of food that I considered 'great' :P. Will recommend it to others

For the bargain I received... there is no comparison. The book was practically brand new and I pretty much only paid for shipping. Seller did well. I love this book b/c it is filled with so much great, helpful, and viable information. I can use it daily.

This book is a wonderfully complete, commonsense guide to healthy eating. I have given a copy to all my family members. The alphabetical organization makes it very easy to move from topics like vitamins to specific foods that contain these vitamins. I use it every day!
