I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of this pan. It is very high quality and the weld points all seem to be very secure. I've had a chance to use it twice, and both times the bread came out perfectly browned. I've only had to spritz a bit of cooking spray before use and nothing has stuck yet. Other than a small dent in the bottom edge of one of the pans, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.
