Amco Full Size Perforated Sheet Pan is manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the toughest commercial bakeries and food service establishments. Each pan is crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, a 3-ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion-resistant perforated 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior heat conduction of carbon steel. The frame is supported by a thick, coated reinforcing wire to give the pan additional strength and insure greater durability. Pan bottom and sides are perforated for heat circulation creating a crispy, artisan crust on all sides of the loaf. Natural finish.

This pan is excellent quality.

I wanted a baking sheet pan with the perforated bottom... but I should have checked the size before I ordered. It won't fit into a residential oven, at least not a double wall oven. It never occurred to me that a baking sheet pan sold on Amazon might not be appropriate for residential kitchens.

I got the pan on a 4 for 3 promotion so I figure by returning it, and paying the shipping, I would only receive about $8.00 back so I'm moving the pan to the greenhouse, where in the spring, I move a lot of 4" pots around.

I can't diss the pan for my mistake but I can provide this review to help someone else. Check out the SIZE before you order.
