This (along with the matching pan) is a nice solid construction and produces even browning. It slides easily onto the pan, and fits securely. I recommend this set.

We only use this pullman pan once and so far it works well. What really impressed us is that the first package we got, the lid didn't match the pullman pan and it didn't slide in. We used the replacement option and the second package quickly delivered. The returning process is easy too. We just re-seal the first box and brought to USPS, that's it. Very happy with the service.

The lid really works. Not only does it give you a nice rectangular edged loaf, but it pushes down on the bread while it's baking, making the holes in the bread smaller. I recommend it.

Arrived with scratches all over, and the end with the handle wasn't perfectly flat.
Then, when trying to slide it onto the matching Pullman pan, it slide fine until halfway, at which point forcing it further scrapes the metal, generating metal flakes.

From what I have read, it seems that these covers are hit and miss, sometimes it fits perfectly, sometimes it just doesn't.

well constructed, it holds the dough when it rises. Very easy to put it in and take it out. 100% recommended to make pullman loafs

I purchased this lid with the matching Amco pullman pan and am very happy I did.
It is well made, fits correctly and produces that perfectly square-sliced dense loaf I desired. Cleans easily, should last for many, many years.

I loved this lid for the bread pan a lot! Ideal for sandwich bread. Non-stick, the lid closes tight, easy to wash! I would recommend it to everyone who bakes bread at home or professionally!

It may be ok to the right person, but when we tried to use it the lid poped off, because of 2 much dough... could not get it right with the right amount of dough

The lid has a dent. It might be caused by no protective wrap on it. The lid can only be slided in from one side of the pan and is hard to be sided in completly because one side of the pan is a little bit wider than the other. I think I got a not perfect fit set. I am not happy with the set I got, however, I am not thinking of exchange them. So I adjusted the two sliding sides of the lid to make it easier to slide in.

Purchased Sliding Cover along with Pullman Pan. Both Pan and cover are great I can now make bread that taste great and has the shape appropriate for sandwiches.
