I bought this as a massage mat that I hoped I could stand on in the shower sometimes and it would help relieve the early morning foot nerve pain that I suffer from. It is waterproof and I could tell that it was more substantial than mats with just little bumps or brushes on them. But, whoaaaa, the points on this mat are VERY sharp & I can't stand on it w/o socks!! I think it will work well with socks, but not for what my intended purpose was.

it works really well for hitting various spots on the bottom of your feet. but it is really hard, so be sure to wear socks. it looks exactly like the picture

I love this product! I have plantar fasciitis and have been to sports podiatrists, had cortisone shots, massage, and acupuncture. This reflexology mat makes my feet feel great - I use it at least twice a day. A massage therapist had one she wanted me to try and I was hooked! I couldn't find it from massage therapy catalogs or websites so I tried Amazon and it was exactly what I was looking for. It immediately helps with the pain. Be sure to wear socks when using this product! I would definitely recommend this reflexology mat to anyone who has plantar fasciitis or pain on the bottom of their feet.

This is a great product for overall good health. it is great for circulation, and stimulating pressure points that benefit your whole body....I Love it !!

Nine dollars shipping? English mistakes all over the place? This is an obvious rip-off. Buy this mat elsewhere.

I bought this product at a asian market over the weekend after trying it and I really like it. I have plantar fasciitis and the first day my heels hurt pretty bad but now they aren't hurting like they normally do when I get up in the morning. My husband likes to lay on it (with his shirt on) or put his feet on it while he is sitting at his computer desk. I don't know much about reflexology or acupuncture but this is a fun and possibly beneficial toy (but I wouldn't spend $20 on it - I bought mine for $8.00 at the asian market).

I can say this product was quite fun as a little toy, but I think in terms of reflexology, it served its purpose well.

I have some kids that have figured this product out and they will pull it out and just stand of it and smile.
