I needed a foot pedal for a PC application (not dictation) and liked the fact this had three buttons. It seems to be built well and is definitely easy to setup; however, I found it to be unreliable. I set the three buttons for three keystrokes and was finding that after pressing the left button the center button would also trigger a left button response. It was not at all repeatable or reliable. Unfortunately, in my type of application it has to work 100%. I didn't have the time to troubleshoot it throughly so I just moved on to a different type of unit.
