After you grab the ball, you will become the main target of the defensive players. They will not only try to tackle you - they will try to strip, or grab, the ball from your hands. To shield the ball, hold one end of it with one hand and press the other end firmly into your armpit.

Helps young ones understand football. Some words were hard for my third grader to read but they are football terms. I wish I could have gotten this book two years ago while he was in first grade. I would have had to read it to him but he would have understood the equipment and terms for football. I only had to help my third grader a few times to read the book.
