Short and poorly formated,

This book was very short with much of it being table of contents and bibliography / index. Occasionally there were pages that had a dark background. These pages were hard enough to see but if the font was larger, you wouldn't see it all. Even on the smallest font, there was more there than the Kindle would allow you to see. Pressing next page will not show more. It skips to the next part. I find this book repetitive, uninteresting, and very much not worth any money let alone $7.99.
