I ordered this book expecting to see upgrades of many of the coaching forms I have used in coaching. Unfortunately I found very few useful items in this book. Many of the items for organizational purposes would be a great guide, but the coach would ultimately have to remake their own form to fit their program. If this book was in a electronic, easily modifiable for it would be awesome, but as is not very useful.
