5.0 out of 5 stars CES and Chip Smith
I can honestly say that there is no better sports performance coach on the planet than Chip Smith. Who else can say that at any given time, they train 20% of the NFL? Brian Urlacher? Champ Bailey? Keith Brookings? 23 current Pro Bowlers? Are you serious?

1.0 out of 5 stars good book.. but impossible for me
this book has many good workouts, but im still in high school and the amount of equipment that is required for me to complete pretty much the MAJORITY of all the workouts is tremendous.. the only resouces that i have are the speed ladder and the weight room at school, everything in the book besides the ladder training and weight room is pretty much useless to me...

5.0 out of 5 stars CES and Chip Smith, August 16, 2007
This review is from: Football Training Like the Pros: Get Bigger, Stronger, and Faster Following the Programs of Today's Top Players (Paperback)

And then there's the other major sports. MLB (Jeff Franceour, Michael Barrett), NBA, NHL, PGA, USTA, you name it, Chip's trained it. And unlike other "Speed Coaches", CES trains sports specific, position specific with a proprietary system Chip invented himself, on proprietary equipment Chip invented himself. Take it from this Dad...if you want to provide your kids with the "Competitive Edge", this is the place to start!
