A simply explained, well thought out approach to stopping offense with an undersized defense. Easy to install, learn and implement. A must for teams who struggle with tough schedules.

Coach Bill Siler has done a great job of putting together this book. He gives away more secrets on defense than any other book I have ever read. He has a great chapter on coaching the linebackers. He has another great chapter on pass coverage and techniques. However, his best chapter is on goal line defense.

His book is easy to read and has lots of diagram. It is a good book for high school coaches and above.
