Shoelaces were received in new condition. One problem.The Footgalaxy ad said they were flat shoelaces. the only problem is they did not give the width of the shoelaces. Turns out they were 1/4 inch wide,probably a normal width for boots or sneakers. We were looking for flat shoelaces for dress shoes, which would normally be about 1/8 inch wide.
There was no phone number or way to get back to them.

If they had specified the width in their ad I wouldn't have bought them.

I saw one reviewer complain of this before I purchased these laces. But, it was only one reviewer, so I didn't let it stop me. Sure enough, as I was putting the laces on the shoes, a plastic tip fell off. I was really careful after that and the other three tips are still intact. I have NEVER seen one of these tips come off so easily. You can't put them back on so now the laces are virtually worthless.I'm disappointed in the quality, and even madder that I paid $5 to ship these laces that easily could have been stuck in an envelope and mailed for the cost of one stamp! I did this out of convenience, but ended up being more inconvenienced in the long run.

I needed to purchase 30 pair of lavender shoe laces in a hurry. Not only were the laces perfect for the charity soccer game but they arrived in the exact time frame stated. The boys looked spectacular thanks to the people at Feet People. I would gladly do business with them again.

These shoe laces are very strong and sturdy. It seems like they will take a beating before breaking. The are sold at a very reasonable price as well.

I had been having trouble getting the length and color laces I needed. But I would not have bought these laces if I had seen them in person. The color is much lighter than shown and they look like dollar-store quality.
The shipping should have been less than $1.08 by postage, but was 5 times that. No honor here.

I got the laces in a timely way but the plastic ends fell off really quickly. My son is 7 so he's hard on his shoes but I am unable to relace his shoes because the plastic tips fell off.

I almost ordered some of these but for 5 dollars shipping?!?!?

Maybe for 89 cents plus 1.99 to ship I would buy these but no....no no no no 5 dollars!

I bought these for my husband, who could not find them in a store in our area. He had bought a pair of shoelaces that just would not stay tied. These do and are perfectly functional.

Purchased shoe laces in several sizes for casual and running shoes from Footgalaxy's online store recently and I was totally pleased with the quality of thier products. When the need arises, I will certainly shop there again.

These were purchased for a High School Varsity Football team, for breast cancer awareness. They were perfect. They arrived before the scheduled date which allowed the boys to change out the laces early. It was wonderful seeing the entire team in pink laces. Thank you for the great customer service as well.
