This is an extremely well made tool (as one might expect from Footprint), well designed, well balanced, and nicely finished. After a summer of heavy use, I expected to find considerably more wear than it showed. The head does resist mushrooming, as claimed. While it is not comparable to an $80+ carbide masonry chisel, for the weekender it should prove effective and reliable for a very long time.
