I ordered two ot the books because the cover has the birdman of Bandon, I have known Danny D.since 1966 or 1977,last name left out for privacy, sadly he has passed. He did brilliant work while he was here. The whold book is fantastic, especially page 65. Thank you for a wonderful creation, to be enjoyed by many.

Oregon, told by its own,
By Marco Polo (Beijing China) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Footprints Across Oregon (Paperback)
A fascinating look at the personalities that shape the culture of this ever-amazing state. Told with insight and power, real people step from the page to remind us that it is human character and imagination that create real history. A fine piece of journalism, told with affection and skill. Supplemented by superb photography, this is a hard-to-find treasure to add to your library of Americana.
