The Bonus DVD that comes with the "Footsteps" cd is not the 2009 "Footsteps" concert, it is a great 2004 concert called "the Road to Freedom" concert. A nicely filmed solo concert with 21 songs. PAL DVDs do play on many American DVD Players. I have a cheap little $30 Magnavox dvd player I got at Walmart that plays PAL dvds beautifully, which is a good thing because this is a nice concert. Reviews of this DVD are either 5 Star or 1 Star. Those expecting a young guy with a band didn't like it. Those who appreciated a great singer-songwriter who could pull off an entire concert solo loved it. They probably don't like Dan Fogelberg or Neil Young solo either. Now you know what to expect. Hey, it's FREE with a really good cd anyway, "Footsteps". So it's a "no brainer". Buy it.

Great CD - DVD Won't Play on American DVD Players,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Footsteps (Deluxe Edition) Incl. Bonus DVD (PAL/Region 0) (Audio CD)
This is a great set of covers by a great artist. But the bonus DVD is in European PAL format - not North American NTSC. The DVD will not play an almost all DVD players that are North American (Region 1). The details indicate Region 0 but that is incorrect.
