I discovered this little book by chance at my local library. It inspired me so much that I had to purchase a copy, and write a review.
It was moving to read personal stories of such diversity and power. (The small illustrations are fascinating, as well.)
Not only did this book capture my attention, but it has changed the direction of my life.
I have felt the need to further my education for years. I haven't done so due to one reason or another. But, I realize that it was mainly because I couldn't seem to generate quite enough interest within myself.
When I read the personal story by Karen London on page 58, I discovered how I could pursue my newfound fascination for the Goddess. I have become interested in pursuing a degree in Women's Studies. I didn't know such a degree existed!
Needless to say, I'm excited and thankful that I decided to purchase this book. Many heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to "In the Footsteps of the Goddess".
