Forbidden Heart
From the moment I open the book and started to read I was taken. I could hardly put it down and once I finished it I just wanted to continue reading more about the characters. This is a very enjoyable book and easy read.

Too picky or too painful?
I guess I'm too picky, but this book was frustrating to read. I decided to go ahead with this review because I would like to have read one like this before I purchased the book. The lack of good copy editing and/or proofreading caused me to struggle to finish reading it. Afterwards, I discovered that the author used an online publishing service, and maybe that is the...

I guess I'm too picky, but this book was frustrating to read. I decided to go ahead with this review because I would like to have read one like this before I purchased the book. The lack of good copy editing and/or proofreading caused me to struggle to finish reading it. Afterwards, I discovered that the author used an online publishing service, and maybe that is the problem. It's not unusual to find a word or two misspelled or misused, but there were more than a few with this one. I found myself wanting to end my misery after almost every other chapter because of the editing/proofing mistakes, and I'm not one to just give up on a book. The story was good, and for the most part, the characters were interesting, but I doubt I'll be continuing this series.
