Early in many ways. This author is still farely new on the scene as well as she is still in the beginning of the series itself. I had the pleasure of reading an advanced copy of this book from the author and although it is not typically what I pick up, the book features big romance, multi-characters (an index is important to help track), action and suspense. I feel her Lambert series, if given more word of mouth and mass marketing, would end up on many best seller lists. If the Lambert got placed in the right hands I wouldn't be surprised to see it as a four night CBS, NBC or ABC mini-series.

I most appreciate Victoria's imagination for a story and all of the hard work that went into writing a four book series. Who could do that? "Forbidden" is the continuation of book one, "Thief of Hearts." Like any good mystery, in this second installment of the Lambert series, the plot thickens.

Other reviewers have told you what this is about. I won't but will say that Victory Murray has the heart and soul of a good, someday to be great, writer. Keep your eye on her. Give "Forbidden" a try.

As a soap opera minded gal, I really got into Thief of Hearts and was ready for book two after I'd finished book one. This author never disappoints her faithful readers. Murray's style is one that gives the reader a glimpse into high society and high expectations in the earning and yearning departments. Steamy, nah, scorching is more like it. Thanks for the great read! Keep the books coming. I'm hooked!

I am having so much fun reading the 'Lambert' series by Victoria Murray. Nonstop action, fun, and heat!

I admit the editing in this series (so far) has left a little bit to be desired, But, Who Cares! The plot more than makes up for it!

The story is so unique, a romantic mystery like no other I have ever read before. I truly love this new writer's style and I think in time she will be right up there with some of the bestselling writers of today!

I am certainly looking forward to book 3 of this series! And after reading Thief of Hearts and Forbidden I know you will also be anxious to get your hands on the next book too.

This book was excellent! You are at the end of your seat the whole way through. I could not put it down and now I am waiting paitently for the 3rd book to come out. I can't wait to buy it!

Forbidden by V.T. Murray was a real fun read, but don't take my word for it, buy the book judge for yourself!

After reading book-one of Ms. Murray's Lambert series, I couldn't wait to read her second installment FORBIDDEN. I wasn't disappointed! Now, I look forward to the third book of the series with excitment.

I love the characters (especially the not-so likeable one's) like Steven and Genna. I never laughed so hard in my life at two characters. They're a lot of fun...and believable!

I, also, like the sexual tension between Nouri and Gabe as the book draws to an end. The clever ending makes me anxious to continue my journey to the island paradise of Lambert.

The Lambert Series by Victoria Murray has a lot of surprising twists. Some compelling, some exciting, some hot, and some humorous. I think the writer tried to develop an overall plot to satisfy the craving of mystery lovers as well as romance lovers. And I think she did a fine job of doing just that!

I, like, most of Ms. Murray's following of fans, read for fun and entertainment (not a lesson in English, grammer, or the proper way to say this or that...who cares, I read to get away from reality for awhile!) ENTERTAIN ME...and I am a happy reader!

I love this new writer and her unique style in romantic suspense. Read book-one of this series and had to order book-two. Now I'm eagerly anticapating books three and four. The Lambert series is habit-forming to say-the-least. One thing after another is happening to the beautiful heroine in this series. And, all in a one week time frame. How unique is that in a four book set?

"Forbidden" takes up were "Thief of Hearts" ended. A beautiful young woman in search of answers to the ever-growing questions surrounding her mysterious billionaire husband's secret past and sudden disappearance.

A 'High Five" to this lovely author on a job well-done!

I really get into stories told as saga's or cliffhangers. As you can tell I love to read. In a lot of cases I can finish a book in one to two sittings. I average about four books a week. Yes, I really do read that much. I'm a bookaholic I guess you could say.

I read for relaxation, fun, and entertainment. FORBIDDEN by Victoria Taylor Murray supplied me with all of the things I love in Suspense and Romance.

I can hardly wait for book 3 of her LAMBERT series!

Forbidden is the second book of the series taking up were THIEF of HEARTS ended.

The heroine (Nouri) is upset her husband and his high-power attorney (both) have suddenly disappeared off the face of the earth right after a double muder is discovered. From that moment her life has changed and it will never be the same!

Wonderful job Ms. Murray! Hurry up with Book 3 please!

Forbidden. second book in Victoria Taylor Murrays Lambert series, finds heroine, Nouri Sommers, in a triple dilemma: She is seeking evidence to expedite a divorce from her philandering husband, working to prove herself innocent of the Lambert murders and needing protection from a demented stalker threatening to end her life. Murrays talent is very evident in this action packed tale as she details the lives of the excessive-drinking, overly sexed, decadent ultra-rich. Using a well-plotted story line the author draws you deeper into the turmoil of Forbidden, revealing just enough information to keep you engrossed while tickling your libido with page after page of well written sexual tension.
Although FORBIDDEN is a longer narrative than THIEF OF HEARTS it is faster paced and more easily read. Congratulations, Victoria, on a sure winner. Looking forward to book three in the series...
