Air Force Bases, A Mandatory Reference,
By
This review is from: Air Force Bases (Reference Series) (Hardcover)
Although other works from the Government Printing Office offer information about squadrons, groups and wings, this important effort adds even more to the data base not covered elsewhere. Another volume on my wish list would include CLOSED air force bases to close the circle with those units long since vanished. Highly recommended for historians, veterans and enthusiasts wishing to make their libraries just that much more complete.
