Ramp Up made going to the gym so much better! I am definitely not a workout nut; I force myself to go to the gym to fend off heart disease, diabetes, and whatnot. After complaining to my friend about hating to go to the gym, she recommended Ramp Up. I was skeptical at first because I really hate taking medicine in general but after read its all natural ingredients and lack of side effects, I decided to give it a go. I noticed a marked difference. I felt more energy before, during, and after my workout. I was able to go on longer runs, which even led to losing a bit of weight! I definitely recommend this for anyone who's just looking for an extra boost at the gym.

This product is pretty good. I tried out for the first time, and could notice the difference in energy that I had. I stated with one pill every 8 to 12 hours, then I tried 2 pills. I'm finding that 2 pills a day works for me. overall a good product.

I got a free trial with my Force Factor subscription. There was an easily noticable increase in energy, the problem was that the caffine in the pill caused headaches in me and broke my concentration while erging. Liked using the product, the increased energy meant increased power. But the caffine involved did not work well for me because I dont consume much throughout the course of a day so the ammount in the pill(s) was too much for me. Force Factor alone is more than enough if you are looking for results, and if you can handle caffine this can be a great product to stack with FF.

Been using FF for 2 months now and it took about a month before I noticed a SIGNIFICANT increase in my ability at the gym but a noticable increase was there from the first week. Endurance and muscle strength are upped and you feel great both during and after even the most severe of workouts. (that is my experience anyway)
