About the Author
William G. Scheller is the author of more than twenty books, including American Hot Rod and American Chopper for HLLA/Universe. A two-time finisher in the 7,000-mile One Lap of America transcontinental automobile rally, he is co-author of the cult classic Manifold Destiny, which launched the craze for cooking on car engines; and collaborated with public television car expert Brad Sears on the book Last Chance Garage. He and his wife, Kay, are authors and publishers of Best Vermont Drives, a guide to their adopted state.

Bought this for my father-in-law who owns a new F150 and a 1948 that he's refurbishing. He loves all the information and great pictures. It's a fabulous big coffee table book.

My Dad has owned a few Ford trucks over the years. He still has his 1965 Ford truck that he is restoring. He spends his free time going to classic car/truck shows. This was my gift to him for his 66th birthday. I browsed through it and it has a lot of very interesting information and great pictures. It is something Dad and I can look at together, to spend some time together. It was his favorite gift out of all of his gifts!

Book content is fantastic. The cover was damaged though. Luckily my dad didn't notice it becasue he has Alzheimers. He was fasinated by the older pictures of Ford Pickups. He used to haul Fords for a living.
