I ordered this book based upon others' reviews. What you get with this book is a pretty good history of Ford Trucks, but when it comes to maint.issues, it barely skims the surface, then when it does begin to get deep into it, it usually says something to the effect of "see your Ford maintenance manual". Well, I thought that's what I was buying, a maintenance manual, but it's not. If you want a history book, go for it. If you want a maintenace manual, buy the Haynes manual. I sent back the "Bible" and got the Haynes manual and am very happy!

This book is a wealth of information. It tells you about hundreds of modifications, technichal information, and history of the F-series trucks from1948-1995. It is money well spent!

The book was too general to be of any real benefit for use as a repair manual. Still looking for a decent book on the mysteries of ford's fuel injection system.

I've been buying manuals by Bentley Publishing for years, so was exited to see that they made this manual for Ford Truck owners. By far the worst Bently book I've ever read. It is just an overview at best, not specific enough in any given area. Not a service manual, we know that, but not much of anything, you can learn more from reading forums and chats online. Photos and illustrations are poor also. "Bible", not even close. If you decide to buy this, look for a used version, not worth the price of a new one in my opinion, there are better manuals out there. Grade: C-

Did not iknclude late model info and little or no info on Turbo Diesels and 97 Heavy Duty F250

The book have basic information only, was too general, I need a real repair manual to replece my clutch. Still looking for a decent book.

I think it's a very good book and hope it make my life easier.
