Bullitt rides again, August 24, 2005
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars

In a word... Awesome! This game rocks, especially for the money. Ford must of had something to do with keeping the cost down. It is great (free) advertising. Mustangs, Mustangs, and more Mustangs. The 'don't miss' feature is the replay. After your race you can watch a replay from every imaginable camera angle... inside the car, ground level, helicopter level, approching angle, departure angle, etc. It looks like a movie production that rivals the infamous Bullitt. I loved it so much that I bought an extra copy!

Not all Mustangs, November 12, 2011
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Ford Mustang: The Legend Lives (Xbox) (Video Game)
This game is a bit spoiled for me as there are no '79 - '85 versions with quad square recessed headlights and an eggcrate grille which would make the main versions complete. There are no Shelby's - the '69/'70 one was radically different from the standard model, no Saleens either. It doesn't have all the specials either - such as the 20th Anniversary GT350. Also I would like to of had all body styles - coupe/hatch/fastback/convertible/grande etc. for each version..... Don't get me wrong, this is a good game and has a good selection - but basically it should have EVERY ONE!

Shames other games, January 24, 2007

I have bought games many times more expensive than this one and not had half as much fun. The music is great, the gameplay and graphics and scenery are all great. The only thing I don't like is they have the engines all the same generic race-car sound; no rumbling big-block sound or thundering exhaust. But hey, it's a $15 game, so whatever. I think they were right to include all the generations of Mustangs, even the dreaded Mustang II (Pinto?). I think it's cool to see a 5.0 LX racing, and when I make the '94 GT bright red, that's almost exactly my car, right down to the wheels! How cool is that, I can race my car on a video game! With no tickets, and no damage if I hit a wall at 100mph. It's one heck of a good bargain.

A solid racer, but where's the '67?, September 5, 2005

If you're looking for a solid racing game for not a lot of green, & are a fan of the Ford Mustang, look no further.
If there's one thing wrong with this game, it's the lack of '67 (the best year for the Mustangs!) models.
And why the hell did they put two '80's Mustangs in the game? 80's Mustangs sucked!
