Within its limited scope this book is very comprehensive,

The title of this book says it all. It focus on the forming of the Saudi foreign policy when the Saudi empire was in the process of building. It focuses on the first contacts between the British diplomats in the area and Ibn Saud. Within this focus it is a very resourcefull book.
