Good but best to have an age range
This is a good coloring book although I think that it would be best to specify the appropriate age range since I don't believe that it is really geared toward really young children.

Very involved - detailed
I rated this a 3 because it is more 'detailed' than what I was looking for. It's not a waste though as I have Grand-daughters who might enjoy coloring them (10 & 5 years old). I prefer less detailed myself as I am disabled and get impatient if it takes too long to color. :-)

I just purchased these Dover COloring Books for my mother and she loves them. The detail is out of this world and the variety of colors you can use are only limited by your inagination. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My little girls (8, 5, and 3) love to color when I read, and I like the coloring page to be related to topic. The coloring pages help keep them interested in the topic, and stop fights from starting. Dover coloring books really made school easier and more fun for all of us.

I purchased several coloring books for my elderly mother for Christmas along with some high quality markers. She tells me she enjoys the books very much and they give her something to do when the weather is bad. The illustrations are very detailed, and beautiful when completed.

Very fun for adults to color; my 7 and 10 year old enjoy helping me on these pictures as well, but it's a little more difficult for them to do. Good for "advanced" colorers.

These coloring books are beautiful, but they are meant more for colored pencils than anything else which wasn't what i was really wanting.
If you want books to use colored pencils on, these are perfect!
