Fanatics of Lori Foster will no doubt warm up to the two sumptuous offerings siphoned from her Harlequin bestselling series on the Buckhorn Brothers in this romantic compilation. The stories featured on the two brothers - sinfully gorgeous hunk Gabe and the gentlemanly vet Jordan strums with light comical strokes and heartwarming romance. It is amazing how Ms. Foster can place mismatched pairs together and spark off effervescent sexual chemistry. The first story fixes up the uptight Elzabeth Parks with the extrovert Gabe when she does a thesis on heroism and is keen to do an interview with him. The second story is an oddball romance with single mother Georgia Barnes working as an exotic dancer who attracts Jordan with her maturity and generosity. This series is bubbly fun with the continuation of four brothers (Morgan and Sawyer in Once and Again) in their separate love lives and a celebration of their close-knitted fraternity. The boisterous family proves a source of joy and sheer bliss in this reissue - forever and always.

Wow! What a wonderful book! You really need to read the first book in the series first. Once and again, that is great also. Gabe and Jordan are 2 of the 4 Buckhorn brothers who are all single and are little by little finding love and getting married. It makes you wish you were the lucky girl, Let me tell you these guys seem to good to be true. Gabe's story is the first half of the book and he is the one who always has girls hanging all over him and he plays it up until one girl comes to interview him for a heroic thing he did and he falls head over heels.. read the book to find out more. Jordan is the more laid back one with the voice that would melt any girls heart, he is a vet who loves animals and is against drinking and driving. He goes to this bar to try and shut it down and ends up falling for the girl who dances there and doesn't start out on the right foot with her.. read to see what happens. you will definatly not want to put the book down once you start.

4.0 out of 5 stars Gab and Jordan....Amazing, June 30, 2003

Another great book from Lori Foster....

I was touched by the tenderness of Gab. After getting the impression that he is just a playboy Lori Foster delivers us a Gab with more depth and sensitivity than expected. This was a tender and fun read.

As for Jordan, you realize he has more demons to snare than the other brothers so its only fitting he requires a more troubled love interest. I found Jordan interesting and a bad boy with a big heart.

Of course, like of of Lori Fosters books emotionally stimulating and lots of hot physical sex. If you liked Once and Again with Sawyer and Morgan you will enjoy Forever and Always with Gab and Jordan.

We need more man like these men. They are caring, passionate and protective. Gabe is the most sensual of the four brothers. His story is very passionate. Jordon is the quite one, so his story is not as passionate as the others were. Elizabeth Parks is an uptight red head, that wants to write about Gabe's heroic act. Gabe doesn't see the act as one of heroism, just something that had to be done. Gabe decides that he will teach Elizabeth how to live life. Elizabeth however proves very passionate and drives Gabe to distraction. Georgia has had bad luck with men and doesn't trust them anymore. Jordan sets out to prove to her that he can be trusted with her love. I will definitely continue to read any books written by Ms Foster.

4.0 out of 5 stars Ahhh!!, Jordan, December 11, 2002
This review is from: Forever and Always (Mass Market Paperback)
I love a man with sexy voice!!! Jordan did it for me, plus he was fine and could cook, loved children and animals. I read all of the Buckhorn brothers exciting tales as they made their way to the altar, but my favorites were Morgan's and Jordan's stories. Lori, all I can say, is that you sure know how to keep a woman up at night, I can't put your books down.

This book contains the 3rd and 4th books in the Buckhorn Brothers series, Gabe and Jordan. Although I love Jordan's story, (I mean, who doesn't like the strong, silent type who only you can make lose his temper?) Gabe's story is so fun and tender. He ends up with a woman so different from himself, that you just know the sparks will be flying. I love all of Foster's Buckhorn Brothers' series!

This book is a set of two stories of the brother's from buckhorn. All the family is cheerful, gets along well with everyone else and the men are all strong and manly.
This book tells the stories of Gabe and Jordan.
Gabe is jack of all trades who performs an act of heroism that he brushes off as just doing what anyone would. Elizabeth is determined to interview him for her paper on heroism. There are instant sparks between the two even as they try to resist.
Jordan is a Vet and is the "calm" brother. He is attracted to a mother who dances at bars to feed her children. He wants to rescue her and she's been burned one too many times.
I found the stories cute, but lacking substance. There could have been so much more character development. Each story deserved a full length novel and instead got the cliff's notes version. I reccomend Mr. Perfect or Open Season if you really want a lori foster book to sink your teeth into.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hot and Sexy--Foster did a wonderful job., October 7, 2002
This review is from: Forever and Always (Mass Market Paperback)
This is a great continuation in the story of the Kentucky brothers. I really felt connected to the ambiance and characters. Gabe is sexy as hell, but manages to settle down when he finds Lizzy. Jordan is strong and dependable, just what every woman needs. I am anxiously awaiting the story about Casey, I know it's going to be a thriller.
