Looks like the picture, arrived on time and works as it should. Nothing more to make it a 4 or 5 star. Especially the cheap strap. Though most of those kind of lunch bags have cheap straps, I was hoping this NFL/Steelers team bag would have stepped up to make it better then average. Thanks and I look forward to my next purchase.
