Before I bought this chair, I went to the local store and tried the big dollar Human Touch and Panasonic chairs. They didn't have all the options I wanted and were at least twice as expensive. This chair is way better, more comfortable and out performs the more expensive one's. The company was responsive to my questions and a pleasure to deal with. The massages are wonderful. I've had it 3 weeks now, use it several times a day, and I couldn't be happier. Beware; it's very, very heavy (320 lbs in the box not 500 as someone said). If you have to take it up steps or stairs, leave it in the box and walk it end over end up the steps. I don't know who the other guy bought his chair from, but I bought mine through Beauty Health and got great support. They also have an Ebay store with better prices.

I purchased this chair as a gift for my wife to help her ease the daily stresses of dealing with work and the kids. We had been looking at similar chairs at Brookstone for over a year now and could not make our minds as to which of their units we should purchase. When I saw this unit on line I decided to give a try and I'm glad I did. The chair performs as well if not better than the high end units available at retail outlets and compared to the outlets, this chair is a bargain. Within a few hours of my order the chair was shipped. No tracking information was provided, however, the shipping company did call in advance of the delivery. As mentioned in the other review(s) the chair is heavy and it is also bulky. You need to give serious thought to where the chair will be installed. Given the bulk and the weight, we had to settle for the basement in our house and that was a serious workout by itself. This is a quality chair and I highly recommend it to anyone that is in the market for a massage chair. The documentation is a little bit on the flimsy side, but after a few trials you get the hang of the chair operation.

My husband bought me this massage chair as a christmas gift! Its an amazing chair, however, after just one week we started having a problem with it. After your 15 min increment is over and the chair automatically shuts off, the chair continues to vibrate. The only way we could get it to stop was by unplugging the massage chair. We've called the company and they say they've never heard of this problem before, to email their customer support (which we did) and have heard nothing back in weeks!!! My husband continues to call them and leave messages for them to call us back so that we can get this very expensive massage chair fixed and they will not return his phone calls. How do you spend $2,000. on a massage chair and it doesn't work properly after one week and then customer service doesn't want to help?!?! Very Frustrated!!

It's a product that can make you totally relax. At this price, I believe this is the BEST one that you can get!

The chair that I have got doesn't recline to 180 degree as the product description says. I think it reclines to 150 at most.
The middle portion of the back is just a piece of fabric which means when you sit on it your back(or your spine) won't get much support so it is not a very comfortable chair to sit.
The back warming doesn't cover the middle section of the back so unless you are big person that can cover the whole seat otherwise the back warming function is useless which is what I feel.
The roller is buried deep in the back padding so I don't feel much of the massage.
The worst part is that you only have 7 days if you want to return it. When I got the chair I called them right a way to report the problem. They told me to send them pictures. I did that in about 2 weeks because I was pretty busy and was not sure if I should return it or exchange for another type. But by the time I sent out picture to them and got feed back from them it is already later than 7 days and I was notified by them that I can't return it any more.
On the other hand even if I can return it I would not do it any way because it is too much trouble to pack it back and pay for the shipping fee.
To make long story short, I am selling it for only $1000 after less than one month use. I would be very happy if I can get rid of it and get paid $1000. I paid about $2000 including about $200 shipping. But I am afraid no one is going to buy it at $1000 because it is really a piece of junk.
