I write about my passions, which include baseball, erotica, gourmet food, martial arts, and travel. I write fantasy, science fiction, erotic fiction, paranormal romance, and anything else that stimulates my imagination.

In the erotica field, I've been published everywhere from Ms. magazine to Penthouse, and I'm in many, many anthologies and the Best American Erotica series. Susie Bright called me "simply one of the most important writers, editors, and innovators in contemporary American erotic literature." Erotic books I've authored include Black Feathers, White Flames, The Velderet, Mind Games, The Hot Streak, and The Siren and the Sword (Magic University, Book One). I've also edited many anthologies including Women of the Bite, Cowboy Lover, Sex In The System, Wicked Pleasures, SM Visions, for many different publishers, and many many books and ebooks for the independent publishing house I founded, Circlet Press. Those include Best Fantastic Erotica, Erotic Fantastic, Like an Animal, Like Crimson Droplets, and many others, both for Kindle and in paperback.

In science fiction/fantasy I have been published in Asimov's magazine, Strange Horizons, Absolute Magnitude, and many other places.

In baseball, I am the editor of the Maple Street Press YANKEES ANNUAL, author of The 50 Greatest Yankee Games, co-author of 50 Greatest Red Sox Games, the co-editor of THE FENWAY PROJECT, and co-editor of '75: The Red Sox Team That Saved Baseball. This book contains three short stories. The first one, </i>Slaver's Luck</i> is duplicated in <u>SM Visions</u> by the same publisher. The cover and illustrations are amateurish, but the writing is good for this genre. My main complaint is that the book(let) is so small. I read the whole thing is under an hour.

Having read a few of the books that she has edited, I was very disappointed in this one. The stories did not reach out and grab me the way that I expected them to. I would defintlty say you are better off with one of her other works

Three short stories by three different authors take us into the world of magic, violence, and sex. The first story is one of my favorites not just because it features a female dominant and a male submissive, but because we have enough time to empathize with both characters. The second story does not spend as much time on character development, we don't understand really how the elvish princess becomes a slave, but for those of the male dominant and female submissive bent it may be worth reading. The third story is gay in nature and gives us insight into the romantic aspects of fantasy erotica. For the price, it is worth purchasing.
