CJ Heatley is a great photograhper, having his other book the"Cutting Edge". In this book though the photos are stylish with a warm feel to it. A lot of the pics in this book show the silhouttes of the aircraft during twilight hours, but that makes it beautiful. Although much of the aircraft in the book are a bit dated like the Bronco or the F-4 the pics still bring out the best in Marine Corps Aviation. I love it for the style, grace, color, and the way the pictures were taken. A wonderful book for any aviation buff or historian. "IN THE SAME GENRE AS THE PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE TOPGUN MOVIE"
