If you have never read Rayna Gangi's books, whether the holistic health series, or the historical fiction, you are missing a writer who will stir your soul, awaken your spirit, and embrace your heart while giving you undestandable information you can use to make your life better and your body, mind, and spirit well. I purchased the hardcover of her latest release because I believe she WILL be discovered and she is surely worthy. Pay particular attention to the introduction, the historical background of America's healthcare, the chapter on Senior health and the essay on grief. Remarkable.
