Since 1988, I have listened to Louise Hay and bought her books. This particular CD is one of Louise Hay's best work ever! This is a short CD only about 30 minutes (great to listen to in the morning before starting the day or on a break at work). This is a very soothing CD The sound quality is excellent and the message truly inspired me to think about:
1) How to love yourself and how to accept yourself. (Part One)
2) How to forgive yourself and others. (Part Two)
This CD I will listen to often because it has caused me to realize just how important it is to love yourself and forgive yourself for past mistakes and to forgive others. It it true freedom to do thse things! I highly recommend this to anyone in need of making a positive change to your life! It really works!

Louise Hay is a wonderful, gifted intuitive who provides love and encouragement through any difficult process. I highly recommend her tapes for anyone who wants to grow spiritually, and improve their life!

I was at a group Dec 11 where this CD was used. When done and the lights raised at least half present had tears in thier eyes. It is a powerful excercise in letting go, forgiving the past and meeting the future. Louise Hays CD's and tapes have been helping people for almost two decades. They are the best of the best. If you can buy only one, start with " You can heal your life" ( The book that made her famous and helped millions.) Most likely if you are like the rest of us, you will soon therafter want to own her CD's and tapes. Don't hesitate to buy her products. You are worth it!

Wonderfully inspiring, you can never go wrong with Louise Hay! Easy to listen to and promotes self-healing!! I highly recommend this to others that are interested in any type of self-help.

I am satisfied with this cd from Louise L Hay. It is really hard to find inner peace when you hate that much. Although this cd is not the magic thing to erase what has hurt you, it brings out through excercises another point of view and makes you want to have peace. Thank you for promoting real values and help us rescue ourselves.

Louise Hay starts this magnifiscent meditation with a calming relaxation process to get you in a comfortable relaxed state for your 'journey"

Louise Then goes on to talk about our Inner Child, and leads us into a moving and emotionially healing meditation that helps us connect with our inner child, and all the parts of us, including every age we have been, from birth, to toddler, to puberty, to teenager, to young adult to adult and so forth,and heps us to accept ourselves at every age from and to love ourselves at every age we have been, to accept our lives, what we have been, what we have done, how to forgve ourselves for our mistakes,how to heal the old past hurts we experienced by just loving ourselves and then shows us how to bring back all those parts of ourself to carry in our heart and love in the present.

Louise also speaks on the subject of forgiveness, and how crucial it is to our health and well being that we forgive others, and then provides a wonderful , beautiful, nature meditation on how to identify any residual pain we carry due to past people or events and then how to let go of any unforgiveness we still carry for those who have caused it, how to let go of negative feelings we still carry within us and how to cleanse our souls and just 'let it all go'

Louise has the most soothing, comforting, reasurring voice I have ever heard, and listening to her is a sheer pleasure. Louise Hay is the first Author i started reading books by and listening to CD's from many many years ago when I first started my self help journey, to this day,she is still the one that reaches me, and touches me the most, and has the most profound inpact on me.

It's not just in the wisdom and knowledge that Louise has, or in the beautiful speaking voice she has, but also the way she speaks TO you. She speaks in a soft, yet completely audible speaking voice, she speaks as though every word she is speaking is precious and worth more then gold, and it is. She speaks clearly and slowly enough for you to be able to easily follow along, and mentally visualize each step of the process along the way.

I cannot recommend this CD highly enough, and personally feel that anyone, and everyone, can benefit from this CD, and would enjoy it as much as I do, time and time again. It's worth its weight in gold.

I love Louise Hay! At first I was taken aback by the voice she used during the first part of the CD. It almost seems a little hokey. But I gave it another chance and the next thing you know it's working! If you are holding onto guilt and self-judgement, then this is the CD for you. I am a big one for that. I feel refreshed after listening to this CD and releasing some of that judgement and embracing the real "me". It's very effective. I will be using it again and again. You really can't go wrong with anything she does! Namaste'....

I was totally unprepared for the intensity of this meditation. However, I truly embraced its power and will hopefully grow from its messages and play it again and again.
