I love to read a book by someone older than myself; I assume she is older but maybe not. Her verve, her insight, her humor come across loud and clear. The author has such a wide variety of essays, poetry, opinions, it makes me realize that age is a number not a time zone waiting for the grim reaper. All of us know we're going to die but it's the living each day and finding joy that replenishes our spirit. Actually, I could use a drink right now. Here's looking at you kid!
