5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing
Another great book in the fireside series Ramtha expands on the theory of creating from God body vs Emotional body to put it very simpy. This book is very very good and I found it quite fascinating. I highly recommend it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, but the author omits the "how to" aspects
First, the Amazon website description does not inform you what is contained in the "Forward" of the book. And that is, the author and publisher have assumed that you have attended a retreat or workshop at the Ramtha/Knight school or that you are at least familiar with the book Ramtha: A Beginner's Guide to Creating Reality (3rd Edition).

I bought 8 of these...

I bought 8 of these little Ramtha "fireside" books and will try to post a review of all of them as I read them, so you can click on the link for my other reviews. I'm reviewing the 2006 Revised edition of Forgotten Gods, which appears to a few pages shorter than the original version.

This book states that the "Observer" is the one who knows how to heal the disabled, make life perfect, rejuvenate the body, and manifest the kingdom of heaven. The Observer is the one responsible for collapsing the particle/wave of quantum mechanics and is the Spirit, the primary consciousness of God within each person. We want to be that which listens to the voices in the head, not the personality, because when you find the Observer you will have found God. When you can live as the Observer, you can manifest gold and manifest the most fantastic dreams without going through the editing of the emotional body.

The publisher's description states, "You are to learn that this is what the true nature of your being is (dreaming the unlimited dream, breathing the breath of God, etc.) and when you learn this you will know that the Lord God of your being is trying ... to wake you up.

This is an interesting read, but don't expect to learn how to actually become the Observer from reading this book. There are no practices or exercises in this book. After reading this book and Ramtha's Beginner's Guide to Creating Reality, I learned that the actual techniques for how to be the Observer and create your own reality are only taught in the Ramtha/Knight workshops. So one could say that buying this book is similar to attending a free lecture given prior to workshop in which the concepts are introduced, but you have to pay for the workshop if you actually want learn the techniques.

Other thoughts: There are other books that teach being the observer or the witness, such as Wake Up and Roar and the books by Eckhart Tolle (e.g The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment and A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose (Oprah's Book Club, Selection 61)). There are also other books that teach manifestation my means of conscious interaction with energy based on quantum physics such as Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation.

A current knowledge of quantum physics research is required in order to fully understand the concepts of this book. This is fascinating reading for those who see the transition from spirit to science.
