This is a nice book to help you figure some things out for yourself instead of paying several hundreds of $$$ to your attorney for billing hours to get basic information on how to form a company. However, it is not a substitute for getting the fine details straight from your attorney or your accountant for that matter. When he wrote it he understood very little about the benefits of LLCs and writes them off as not useful because of his own lack of knowledge. The book is several years old now so I should have expected as much. Anyway, it's good advice but take it with a grain of salt!
