This is an excellent book for those interested in the healing arts. It gives you a look at the relationship between tones, colours, and the effects they have on the mind and body. This book also gives examples of how to incorporate them into your healing techniques. However, I would suggest that the reader has some knowledge or curiosity of musical tones, for those who don't, it can be a bit of a challenge, but still an excellent resource guide.
