Manuel Valera represents the future of jazz piano, he is only in his late twenties, and I feel his talent will only mature. The Cuban born pianist paints his compositions with latin influence, and shows tremendous skill at the keyboard. I discovered the artist on music choice, a cable tv music service. I have been a serious fan of jazz for many years, and I highly reccomend this disc for anyone who loves great piano jazz.
