Directions

Lyle's Notes: On days when I just can't get out of the chair I remember, then I take the NRG formula and within about 10 minutes I feel like I can do the job. Also, after lunch it gives me a boost and if I need a stronger workout on the treadmill I take it.
Dr. Kang also says that taking this formula during the day will help you sleep better at night. Granted you usually do not take this formula after 5 pm. It is also a tonic that can be taken 5 days a week, week after week.
Note: do not take while sick with the flu.

I get to the point if I don't take some kind of nap in the day, I can't finish the day. The NRG really helped me. When I have that "washed out" feeling, I take some of it in the afternoon, and it helps me get through the day. I felt like I had more energy while using it. The only bad thing is I ran out of NRG!!
