My Doctor asked me to try Formula 303 because my muscles are always tight and spasmed. I prefer natural over synthetic medicine, so I was all for it. Still, even I couldn't believe the positive effects this medicine had for me within the first day I took it. The best effects are achieved when this product is taken regularly though. It has allowed me to live a much more active, normal life! Please continue carrying it Amazon!

Formula 303 is one of the "gems" of natural prescription alternatives...along with St. John's Wort (depression), Saw palmetto (prostatic enlargement), and Feverfew (migraines). I personally used formula 303 while in chiropractic school for an episode of acute low back spasm. The effects we're great in conjunction with the typical chiropractic treatment. But watch out for the sedative effects (the valerian root effect). And yes, the product does stink, but don't worry, it's not gonna make you gag or have bad breath for the rest of the day. In general, I do not care to take medications and am quite skeptical and conservative when it comes to ingesting any type of drug, homeopathic or otherwise. However, this medication has reduced my Restless Leg symptoms to the point where they no longer interfere with my sleep. I also sleep much more soundly and have not noticed any side-effects. My symptoms were extremely severe and nothing else I had tried seemed to help at all. I have not tried perscription drugs for my RLS as I am concernced about their potential side-effects.

I should add that it took a few days before I was certain that the medication was helping and it was probably almost 2 weeks before I found virtually complete relief. I give this medication my highest recommendation.

Last week while lifting 5 gallon cans of kerosene, I felt a disc go out. At the Chiropractic office they used a machine to scan the muscle stress in my back. From mid back to my tailbone, nothing but green and black lines. My Dr. explained that the green lines were the highest stress the machine could measure and the black lines indicated the pain was so intense it was completely off the scale. With the first treatment the disc went back in but my whole back felt like one hugh muscle spasm. I"m in the health field and do not like to take a lot of medicine my back was hurting soooooo bad, I pulled a muscle. I was looking for a natural product that was not addicting. These tablets help me and I could tell the difference and will try again and will keep on hand.

I began taking this product at the suggestion of my chiropractor for leg spasms associated with spinal stenosis and sciatica. I found that the spasms were diminished by 90% in severity and frequency in short order. They have continued to be reduced by that per centage, and entirely eliminated at times, for the six weeks I have been taking it.
I sleep better because the spasms are relieved but I do not see that it has otherwise been a sleep aid nor has it reduced back pain.
I have had no unpleasent side effects and I do not find that it has the offensive odor that some remark upon. I do not ordinarily have confidence in homeopathy but I would recommend this product for muscle spasms.

We felt like it helped on aches and pains but not sleep. We have yet to find anything that helps my husband to get a good nights sleep

I consider using this product because it was all natural. Doctors have prescribed so many types of prescriptions to help treat my anxiety, nervousness and sleep disorders, but they all irriated my stomach severely considering I live with stomach ulcers. Formula 303 hasn't bothered my stomach since I've been using it for over a month now. Also, I haven't experienced the same 'zoned out' and 'zombie-like' side effects that most other medications cause. The only bad thing about this product is that it smells pretty bad. Just close your nose... It's definitely worth it.

I tried this last year when I had a bad flare up of my Fibromyalgia and Back Pain. Prescription muscle relaxers make me irritable! I got GREAT Pain Relief and DIDN'T Feel Irritable!!
