They came not one was broken, they were delicious I had to stop myself from eating them all bc I bought them to make tiramisu. Which turned out great!! I was actually able to make a 2nd one and eat one whole package(it came with 5) of them. I will definitely buy from this company again and I will also get these lady fingers again. I highly recommend these lady fingers to anyone who is thinking about purchasing them through Amazon.

During a recent trip to Italy we took a cooking class. One of the things we learned to cook from EXPERT CHEFS was tiramisu. They recommended using these cookies. We used them during the class. They kept their shape, did not get too gooey, and tasted great. So, now that we're home I tried to find them. No Luck. Here they are on Amazon...direct from Italy. They arrived and I've already used them to make tiramisu which turned out exactly like it did in Florence! I bought 2 packs.....a lot of cookies but they're dried and will keep forever. The good news is that I'll have them whenever I need them. My plan: individual tiramisu desserts for a crowd of 30 the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

I began to gather my ingredients to bake a Tiramisu at home and needed Ladyfingers. I went ahead and called three Local supermarkets (shoprite being the first) and two local bakeries to make sure I don't go out in vain. However, no one had ladyfingers, nor a clue as to what the heck I was talking about. At this moment in time, I am very grateful to Amazon and online shopping, but yes I had to postpone baking the Tiramisu until the ladyfingers arrived.

In my quest to make low carb desserts, I have tried low carb recipes for making ladyfingers for tiramisu. No success. Only these dry cookies will soak up the proper amount of rum-coffee without becoming soggy.

At Christmas and New Years, I make tiramisu using an amended ATK (America's Test Kitchen) recipe so that there are fewer carbs, but I must still limit myself to one long awaited piece a day. There is nothing to compare the taste to; one must simply experience it. In the summer, when our temperatures are 90 degrees and 70% humidity, I make the dessert again as a reward for doing all the heavy lifting, gardening, and lawn care that must be done.

Savoiardi Ladyfingers are the only cookie I have found that is thick and dry enough to hold the rum-coffee liquid that the cookies must be dipped into. Nothing else on the market works.

Whole Foods is the place I go to for ladyfingers, but recently they had none. My son is coming for Christmas, and he loves tiramisu. I wanted to make sure that I had ladyfingers on hand, and I decided to look on Amazon. They usually have everything, and I was not disappointed. I perused all of the reviews, and Forno Bono I Savoiardi had the best all around reviews.

I made a tiramisu for a holiday lunch. The group just lived the tiramisu. The real hit were the ladyfingers, dipped in espresso and coffee liquid, they absorbed the right amount of liquid and were delicious. They were not soggy but left a little bit of bite. Along with the saboyan and the chocolate dusting, this tiramisu is the best I have had. I am very happy with this purchase.

These ladyfingers (not spongy, firm) are so hard to find. What a joy it was to find them on Amazon--who knew they were just a click away. Made two tiramisus for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day (went to two different places)--turned out to be a big hit. These are great for making a day or two ahead so the tiramisu has just the right amount of time for all the flavors to come together. Would definitely purchase again and will be making this dessert more often.

These were perfect. To be honest, these are the only ladyfingers I have ever purchased, and it was my first attempt at making a tiramisu, but the dessert was just fabulous. I used the recipe listed below. I will definitely buy these again. The ladyfingers came in two packages. One package was perfect for the recipe. Now I have the other half for future use.

I made homemade tiramisu for the first time using this brand of ladyfingers, and they worked extremely well. I just did a quick dip into the cooled coffee mixture and the texture of the final product was perfect. I did not taste the ladyfingers by themselves, but the resulting dessert tasted exactly like high end restaurant tiramisu.

This is a generously sized package. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I like that there are several sealed packages of ladyfingers in the big pack, so I can use what I need and the rest are already packaged to stay fresh until needed.
