This is by far one of the best cookbooks I've encountered. There are a vast array of recipes available, and each one is easy to prepare and quite delicious. The recipes in this book include everything from cookies to candies, mousses to brownies (definitely try the recipe for candy bar brownies...you can't buy a better brownie, I guarantee it!!). I would recommend this cookbook to anyone who loves chocolate and wants a readily accessible resource at hand. Excellent!

I have countless cookbooks and recipes (especially for desserts), but this one is by far one of my favorites. I have tried many recipes from this book, and almost every single one is amazing. The first time I made "Forrest's Four Chip Fudge," my friends and family could not get over how good it tasted. They couldn't stop telling me that my fudge was the best they'd ever had. Not only are the recipes great, but there are so many helpful hints for working with chocolate that even a beginner could master the techniques in no time! Plus, I think it's adorable the way it is written from Forrest's view point, as he always talks about how great his mama was.

I found this recipe book to be wonderful. I have tried several recipes and they turned out fabulous and a good one I can recommend right off the top of my head is the hot fudge sauce. This is so simple and absolutely wonderful -- the best hot fudge ever! Try it, you'll like it. :-)

This is a great dessert cookbook for chocolate lovers. There is a nice range of recipes from basic cookies and bars to elaborate cakes. The recipes are clearly written and can create impressive results for bakers of all levels.

The pictures really inspire the reader to pick up a mixer and try the recipes. It is also fun for fans of Forrest Gump to read the little side bars.

This is a great compact cookbook that has a lot to offer!

A few years back, I donated my copy of this book to my granddaughter's Pre-K class for a chocolate theme basket. Time for replacing it came and went until I was lucky enough to spot this one through Amazon. It arrived ahead of schedule, in pristine condition. Thanks!!!

This coobook is fantastic!!! I've had it for years and every time I want to bake something, I go to this cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and always turn out delicious. The "Triple-Decker Brownie" is to die for. There are recipes that take mere minutes to prepare and others that take hours. You have the perfect blend of easy to create and delicious, challenging recipes as well. You can't go wrong with this dessert cookbook.

I have made many for the items in the book, including the cake on the cover. I loved ALL OF THEM. This is not a book for beginers...

I tried only one recipe in this book, the cake on the front cover. It did not turn out at all. I think that the instructions for the filling layer in the middle are completely wrong in the book. I tried to make it twice, and I am a very good cook. So I ended up throwing the whole entire cake in the garbage, I was so frustrated.

Should've stuck to possum and poke salad. What? You say they don't eat that stuff there anymore? MacDonalds. That's why Alabama tops out in obesity.
