I've been used to having to touch-up the edges of plexiglas sheets with a laminate file or scraper after sawing to size. No more - with this blade - for most applications - the cut sheets are ready for use straight from the saw - no more melted chips and rough edges. Sure the edge is not as smooth as after flame polishing - but the Forrest blade is a big timesaver.
