Earthy, witty Forro to listen to at any time, January 26, 2001

Jackson do Pandeiro manages to combine humour and different musical styles indigenous to the Brazilian northeast in this excellent CD, which contains songs in Coco, Xote and Baiao style. Jackson's voice is unique and his music is of the best artistic quality. There are classes like "17 na Corrente" but my favorites are "Falso Toureiro" and "Rosa". If you like slow, earthy forro, this CD is for you.
