5.0 out of 5 stars Lillian and Jennifer Too for Dragon in 2010 (Year of the Tiger), December 17, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Fortune & Feng Shui 2010 Dragon (Paperback)
I am already biased as a fan of Lillian Too, and it appears that Ms. Too is including her daughter Jennifer now as her co-author for the Year books on Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology.

In keeping with all of Ms.s Too's many books on Feng Shui this Dragon 2010 book has an easy-to-read graphic layout and chunked and broken out into very manageable sections to read.

While the book does stand on its own completely, it really does help to already have a bit of a foundation and grounding in Chinese Astrology and especially Feng Shui. One of the really helpful items Ms.s Too provides is a chart for each of the Dragons based on your own best directions based on your Number with an asterisk to quickly synthesize the information and let you know of those directs have afflictions (Feng Shui terminology which will be made more apparent to you in the book) in 2010. 2010 is the year of Tiger in Chinese Years.

Since there is no "Look Inside" yet provided by the publisher, I'll just let you know the sections so you know best what is inside to make your purchase decision. Of course, out of respect for the Ms.s Too' intellectual property, I will refrain from being too specific.

OVERVIEW - TIGER YEAR
Part 1: Outlook and Luck for the Year
Part 2: Interacting with Others
Part 3: Your Monthly Forecasts (I will be returning to this definitely throughout the forthcoming year)
Part 4: Updating Your House Feng Shui (including if your Animal direction is not one of your number directions discussion and guidance)
Part 5: Dragon's Personal Feng Shui Luck

Fans of Ms. Too's 168 Feng Shui series, this is not a photograph illustrated book. It has some illustrations which are pen and ink. All are helpful. This book just is a bit different than that series. It serves a different purpose.

A really helpful reference guide for the Year 2010 Year of the Tiger for those of us who are Dragons.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very informative without being overwhelming..., April 22, 2010

Again Madame Too with daughter Jennifer...in another year of the Chinese zodiac
paired with feng shui cures. Chockful of information without being technical
and I never felt I was "in over my head" feng shui technically-speaking...
Things are explained clearly...and another great thing is that Lillian Too has
her own website explaining all the deities and celestial animals and etc that she
is explaining in her books...so go there for further education on the subject of
feng shui.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he has loved this book. The book helped him get through some tough months by reminding him of things to watch out for and goals to stay focused upon. My Horse book wasn't as accurate for me but I am happy with both guides overall.
