4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty cute.
I found this book at Urban Outfitters but hesitated on buying. When I went back weeks later to buy it, it was already gone, so i was lucky to find it here on Amazon.

The book itself is cute, and I like to use the symbology for my drawings. So, for my purposes, its a great little book. It has simple, charming, retro looking drawings done by a pretty cool...

3.0 out of 5 stars Cute, but not informative
I would say this is for someone who is only semi interested in dreams. I got it thinking it might have some good information, it really doesn't what it does have is just basic stuff. it's a cute book, i just don't use it as much as i wanted to.

I found this book at Urban Outfitters but hesitated on buying. When I went back weeks later to buy it, it was already gone, so i was lucky to find it here on Amazon.

The book itself is cute, and I like to use the symbology for my drawings. So, for my purposes, its a great little book. It has simple, charming, retro looking drawings done by a pretty cool illustrator scattered throughout. The book is meant to seem like a vintage book you miraculously found in an old attic.

However it is definitely is a novelty. With all the random, wierd images in dreams, you don't want to believe that any wierd dream you have is revealling a hard and fast reality about your future. Some of the images, according to the book, mean some dark stuff, so if you take it seriously, the book could be a little depressing depending on the dream imagery you look up. Its a pocket book, so it isn't detailed at all, and you won't get an indepth explanation, just a mini sound bite of the dream meaning. For its size, it covers a lot of imagery, but there are some dream images I wanted to look up that weren't mentioned.

This book is best used as a fun novelty thing you flip through and use your imagination-- not as a real guide.
