This spring I purchased a bottle of this vinegar in San Sebastian, Spain. I was excited to find it online and have just ordered a couple of bottles. It compliments fish dishes extremely well and my family enjoys it as an oil and vinegar dressing on salads. The taste is exceptionally smooth, refreshing and unique compared to off the shelf American products. Try it I doubt you will be sorry!
