My 3 year old is always pretending to be a horse and she's tall for her age, so I went ahead and ordered this. It's too long for now - I could shorten it by sewing up the suspending straps but I think I'll just put it away for now. She wasn't as interested in it as I thought she'd be so it'll probably wind up being a future holloween costume. Good for kids 5 through 8.

My daughter is crazy about horses; and she wanted to be a cow girl for Halloween. She could not stop smiling since she got this costume. She wore it the entire day of Halloween at school and treack or treating. She couldn't be happier.

The costume is fun for my 5 year old. It's also very soft and comfortable. However, when we took it out of the box, one of the suspenders was ripped out of the costume, so I had to sew it back on. Also, something to consider...which I did, when you get a costume liket this for your child, remember they are walking around a neighborhood having to hold it up. I think mine got a bit tired of that!
